Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Rojae's Dine and Vibes LLC (“TextBack Pro”, “we”) handles information when businesses use TextBack Pro and when people call or text a business that uses it.

Information we collect

• Business account details: name, email, phone numbers, business hours, and settings.
• Caller information: the phone number that called or texted, call times and outcomes, and text messages exchanged.
• Billing details are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• To text callers back on behalf of the business they called, and to show those conversations to that business.
• To alert the business owner about missed calls, replies, and urgent messages.
• To operate, secure, and bill for the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages for us (such as Twilio).

Service providers

We use Twilio (calls and texts), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. If a business enables AI replies, message text is sent to the configured AI provider to draft a reply.

Retention and deletion

Conversation data is kept while the business account is active. Businesses can request deletion of their account data by emailing us.

Text messages

Callers receive texts only after calling a business that uses TextBack Pro. Message frequency varies with the conversation: typically one automatic reply after a missed call, replies to your messages, and at most one follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business, START to resume, or HELP for help.
