Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using TextBack Pro) and Rojae's Dine and Vibes LLC.

The service

TextBack Pro provides a phone number that forwards calls to you and automatically texts callers you miss, plus an inbox to manage those conversations.

Your responsibilities

• Use TextBack Pro only to respond to people who contacted your business. No marketing blasts or purchased lists.
• Keep message content lawful and accurate, and honor every opt-out. The service enforces STOP automatically.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Billing

The plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, plus a one-time setup fee. You can cancel anytime from Billing; service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Carriers may filter or delay messages. TextBack Pro is not an emergency service; it does not contact 911.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
